There are ponds and streams in the woodland.. Set on an Equestrian Stud Farm. This first floor holiday property is set on a working farm, in the owner’s enclosed 10-acre grounds, in an aonb, in a rural location. Situated just 1 mile from the sea at Shingle Street, Sutton Hoo (an ancient NT owned burial ground) is 3 miles away, whilst the market town of Woodbridge with its many amenities including sailing, cinema, swimming pool and restaurants is 5 miles. Horse riding for all ages and abilities is available by arrangement with the owners whose land extends for a further 150 acres of paddocks, woods and lakes. Also conveniently placed for visits to Snape Maltings, Minsmere, Dunwich, Orford, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Walking, cycling, horse riding and bird watching are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.25 miles.

The stairs at this property are open tread and extra care must be taken.

Due to the property being accessed by an external staircase, it is not deemed suitable for wheelchair users or guests with restricted mobility. There is an unfenced pond and streams in the grounds. The property is on a equestrian farm. Holiday makers, family and couples bookings only please. No children under 10 years.

The gaps between the spindles on the staircase are more than 10cm.

The attached holiday apartment is undergoing some external maintenance in the form of painting. This will not impact on your stay.
