A lovely location near the pier. Very good spacious accommodation with off-street parking - a real bonus. Slightly spoilt by there being no house information sheet, so no info on bin collections or rules, or how to control the heating, WiFi or cooker. We worked it out eventually but it would have been good to have had the info to hand. All our previous Southwold holiday cottages have provided all the info needed.

Good position for beach and facilities. Clean and tidy for a short stay.

The property was not cleaned thoroughly. There were clumps of pet hair on the floor and on the furniture. The table in the garden was unusable as it was covered in bird shit. The garden was overgrown and looked like it had not been maintained in many weeks. So overall the garden was not somewhere we could use. The kitchen lacked some essentials such as a kitchen roll (even though there was a holder) and a teapot amongst other things. The fridge was turned up too high and ruined some of the food we put in it at first. The downstairs loo was shabby and had obviously not been completed.
