The town’s individual shops, cafes, delis and restaurants are all on hand too - perfect for a coffee and cake while indulging in a little retail therapy. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town.
