Dressmaker's Cottage in Wrentham is a cosy and quirky property, appreciated for its spacious communal areas, secure garden, and proximity to local attractions like Southwold and Covehithe beach. Guests enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, ample parking, and the presence of animals in the adjoining paddock. Some minor issues were noted regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
Guests reported the cottage to be dusty upon arrival and had some cleaning issues, which suggests room for improvement in cleanliness. However, these instances were not universal across reviews.
The cottage's location is praised for being close to beaches, local shops, and attractions, although some guests noted traffic noise from the nearby A12. The proximity to amenities and attractions is a strong point.
The cottage is described as warm, cosy, and accommodating for large groups, with comfy beds and a secure garden. The presence of a single bathroom for some guests was a minor inconvenience.
The property is well-equipped with a six-ring burner, ample parking, and entertainment options like DVDs and games. However, there were comments about the need for more frying pans, a washing line, and issues with an eggy smell from the drains.
