Guests have had a delightful experience at Lavender Cottage, praising its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and large, secure garden. The property's tasteful furnishings and peaceful location add to its charm, with the hot tub being a popular feature. The welcome packs are appreciated, enhancing the overall hospitable feel.
The property is generally found to be very clean, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. However, one review mentioned dusty edges and skirting boards, suggesting room for improvement in attention to detail.
While the reviews positively mention the property's location, there are not enough specific details to accurately score this category.
Comfort is highly rated with guests enjoying the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the overall cosiness of the cottage. One review noted an uncomfortable sofa, but this seems to be an isolated opinion.
Facilities are well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and a secure garden. The hot tub is a highlight, despite some guests experiencing issues with heating and bubbles. Prompt responses to issues indicate good maintenance support.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with welcome packs frequently mentioned. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Many thanks

We loved the decor, cosiness and space within the property and enjoyed the location on the outskirts of Madresfield with lovely local walks and within a few miles of Malvern. An improvement would be to add a mirror and a hairdryer to the 3rd bedroom and a few more mugs in the kitchen.
Debbie
Welcome pack last year included sausage and bacon which was so good we purchased some to bring home. No bacon this year which if you are showcasing your produce is a little short sighted, as you now can purchase direct from the butchery. We placed an order with John who was really helpful and collection easily arranged, it is exceptionally good produce. Noble Isle toiletries were a nice touch. Plenty of good walks locally for the dog. Always enjoy the hot tub, its relaxing after a nice long walk. Would definitely recommmend and we will be back again.
