To ensure the water quality of the hot tub and in order to protect from any possible cross infection from covid in particular, the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled prior to your arrival. Please be aware this may mean that upon your arrival the water may not be fully back up to temperature. We apologise for this but trust you understand the reason why this is the case.
