This cottage has stunning views over the hills. It’s situated in a lovely rural area, just on the outskirts of Todmorden.. Step to entrance.
All on the ground floor.

Living area: With wood burner, Freeview Smart TV and DVD player.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. 11-acres of natural grounds. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a bore hole. There are 4 unfenced ponds in the grounds, the nearest of which is 30 yards away. Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. On the Tops is a single-storey cottage, that can be found in a wonderfully rural position on the outskirts of Todmorden. The cottage is positioned on a quiet hillside area and offers stunning, far reaching views. It’s perfect for lovers of the great outdoors, as there’s ample choice of walks and cycle routes for all abilities. It’s nearby Bridestone’s Rocks, which is popular with both climbers and scramblers.
Todmorden itself is a Calderdale market town, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There’s ample opportunities to explore the great outdoors either on foot or bike, or simply relax and try out the good selection of cafés, pubs and shops that it’s home to. The fabulously vibrant and artsy Hebden Bridge is just a 15 minute drive away. On the other side of Hebden Bridge are the moors and cobbled high street of Haworth, ever popular as it’s home to the Brontë heritage. The National Trust Hardcastle Crags with more than 400 acres of unspoilt woodland, can be reached in around 20 minutes. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District National Parks can be reached in around an hour. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 3¼ miles.
