About this property
Sewerby 0.7 miles. This homely, wooden lodge rests on the owner's grounds on the outskirts of Sewerby in Yorkshire. The characterful features and warming open plan living make this log cabin perfect for a holiday with family and friends. Step up towards Deer Lodge and enter into the alluring open plan living area, this cosy room is laced with rustic wooden panelling to create a charming environment. Why not admire the views from the patio doors over the countryside, watch the deer outside? The cosy sitting area boasts a TV and luxury log burning effect electric fire, with the classy kitchen lying at the back of the room. Heading towards the rear of the lodge you will find two pleasantly decorated bedrooms, one with a lavish en-suite shower room. The interior of the property is topped off with a similarly finished family bathroom, the perfect place for a relaxing soak after a busy day exploring the area. Be sure to sit back and relax on your fantastic private decking which provides the added luxury of a gas BBQ for those summertime feasts. Sewerby is a fine choice for a holiday destination, it offers delightful pubs and restaurants as well as the idyllic Hall and Gardens which make a perfect place for a picnic. The neighbouring town of Bridlington is an excellent coastal town with shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés as well as a stunning beach. Deer Lodge is a splendid log cabin in a great location for a holiday.
A countryside village in between Flamborough and Bridlington. Sewerby is a base for exploring the area, it is the home of Sewerby Hall with its gardens. Visit the Bondville Model Village, perfect for families with children. Sewerby boasts a tearoom, a restaurant and a choice of pubs. Bridlington and Flamborough are beautiful places to visit with excellent scenery, buildings and activities for everybody to enjoy.
