If you sit quiet enough you may be lucky enough to spot one of the many deer families that have made these woodlands their home. For the warmer summer months there are deckchairs provided as well as a sheltered alcove; a perfect spot for a quiet read! Great food and wine can be enjoyed in the on site a la carte restaurant and do take a while to enjoy the view from the club house veranda. Visitors will also have access to the on site gym as well as discounted golf rates. A short walk will bring you to Danes Dykes and from here you can walk to both Filey and Bridlington. Sewerby Hall is close by and offers stunning gardens and grounds. Other stately homes include Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House. Inland are the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and further along the coastline are the thriving seaside towns of Scarborough and Whitby.
