Step inside and you will find this cottage packed with old world charm. The large kitchen offers a stone floor and plenty of work top space and the cupboards hold an array of utensils and cooking equipment. A separate dining room sits to the front of the cottage and provides plenty of seating for three. The sitting room is cosy, with exposed beams and a wood burning stove; great for snuggling up on the sofa and watching a movie during the cooler winter months. The steep cottage stairs lead up to the first floor from the kitchen, and here you will find two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a single. Both rooms have sloping ceilings and built in cupboards which provide plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The low windows provide a real cottage feel. With deep filled mattresses you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The cottage garden is pretty with boarders packed with an array of summer flowers and a small orchard where you can pick and enjoy apples during the autumn months. There is a covered area with a pizza oven, BBQ and firepit, perfect for sitting outside in the evenings and dining al-fresco whatever the weather.

Surrounded by the Yorkshire Wolds there is a plethora of cycle routes and footpaths to explore, and the bustling seaside town of Filey is just a short drive away. Here you will find miles of sandy beaches and a Victorian promenade to stroll on. The seaside resorts of Filey and Scarborough are also worth a visit. A little further afield is the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley.
