About this Holiday Cottage
Situated on a working beef and dairy farm near Harrogate, Wharfe View Cottage is a charming three bedroom property offering outstanding countryside views over the Wharfe Valley Viaduct and Armscliffe Cragg. The property provides the ideal base of walkers or other guests wishing to escape to the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire.
Inside
The cottage has a large entrance hall with office area and a comfortable lounge space with leather sofas, feature fire, TV, DVD player and iPod dock. There is a contemporary dining area seating six and the modern kitchen has a washer/ dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven. Free Wi-Fi service is provided at the property.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The ground floor king size bedroom has a bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
The first floor master bedroom is fitted with contemporary furniture and a six foot bed which can split into two singles by arrangement. Bedroom three is presented as a twin and there is a shower room with large cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Both of the upstairs bedrooms have Velux roof windows which open to offer great views of the Wharfe Valley Viaduct and the surrounding countryside.
An extra z bed can be provided with an additional charge of £25 for linen made.
Outside
Enjoy the countryside views from the patio area and other facilities include bike storage and off road parking.
Special to Wharfe View Cottage
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra charge of £20 per pet. Please note that pets are to be restricted to the ground floor and off the furniture. Dogs are to kept under control at all times as the cottage is set on a working farm.
The property may be suitable for less mobile guests and wheel chairs users with features including wider doorways and easy access to the patio and car parking area.
A welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided.

The cottage is set a ten minute drive from the centre of Harrogate and is also convenient for the Yorkshire Showground, Leeds and York. Other attractions within a fifteen mile radius include Harewood House, Lightwater Valley Theme Park and RHS Harlow Carr Gardens with onsite Betty's Tea Room.
