About this Holiday Cottage

Ideally situated in a rural Yorkshire location, Braham Cottage dates back to the 18th Century and offers luxurious accommodation ideal for groups or larger families. Harrogate, York, Knaresborough and Wetherby can all be found nearby and the cottage is also set close to the A1 and Yorkshire Showground.

Enjoy woodland walks in Braham Woods and a superb standard of accommodation including a lounge with wood burner stove, fully fitted kitchen, two bath/ shower rooms and additional study/ quiet room. Families are very welcome and we also accept pets at an extra charge by arrangement. We may also be suitable for business groups with free Wi-Fi available and easy access to the Harrogate International Centre.

Inside

The kitchen is well equipped for your stay with appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. There is a dining area seating seven and plenty of comfortable seating provided in the lounge. Entertainment facilities include a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and games console.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The accommodation at Braham includes one master bedroom with ensuite shower room, a second double bedroom, triple bedroom with three single beds and a house bathroom with walk in shower and free-standing bath.

Please note that use of the sofa bed will incur a small charge of £25.

Outside

To the exterior, there is a seating area and guests are welcome to bring their own barbecue. Parking for two cars is available. Please be aware that although the garden is enclosed, small dogs may be able to get through the bars in the gate.

Special to Braham Holiday Cottage

A cot and two high chairs can be provided on request. Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Small pets are charged at £20 per pet per stay. Short breaks available. There is a single sofa bed available for an eighth guest and the use of which is at £25 per stay.
