This property was amazing, would highly recommend, we had such a lovely stay. Big, clean, tidy, well equipped. lovely welcome gifts, for us and the dog. Great location for a base to explore the area. Owner very helpful and responded immediately to questions. Getting in and out of the driveway was a bit tricky as right on the road on a corner and have to reverse in, but you can also park just passed it by the road, which is where we parked the car we took out each day with the other safely in the drive. Local area is lovely, ate in several local pubs and all staff were lovely and really helpful with good food.

The cottage did not disappoint, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It was in a great location to explore the surrounding areas. A very informative folder of places to visit was provided with other useful information available. There was a lovely welcome box of goodies awaiting us and our dog. We would love to return and explore more of the area and spend more time relaxing at the cottage and by the ‘Beach Hut’ too! We had some lovely meals at the Wheatsheaf in Carperby.
