The Old School Quarters is a spacious ground floor apartment, and was originally part of the Old School House. With tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings, it is a perfect base for a couple or small group of friends.

The newly fitted pale grey kitchen is well equipped with AEG hob and double oven, dishwasher & 2 fridges, with separate utility with washing machine. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, while the designated chef rustles up the food. The living/dining area has lovely leather Chesterfield sofas and Smart TV for your entertainment. With two bedrooms, the master bedroom with kingsize bed has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom has both walk-in-shower and gorgeous freestanding slipper bath to enjoy. Outside is an enclosed courtyard to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ in the evenings and eat al fresco as the sun goes down.

There are walks direct from the doorstep and wall to wall views in this beautiful Wensleydale village. A perfect base to get out and explore, enjoy a visit to nearby Aysgarth to see the waterfalls or visit Hawes and its independant shops and cafés, not forgetting to stop off at the famous Wensleydale Creamery. In the opposite direction you will pass the picturesque village of Middleham and its famous castle, enjoy the sights as the race horses’ ride to and from the gallops each day, or sit it in the village square and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine as you watch the world go by. A little further is the bustling market town of Leyburn with its host of interesting shops, restaurants and cafés, all set around the market square, and of course Friday is market day and a good chance to snap up some of the gorgeous local produce. The Old School Quarters is a perfect choice for those seeking well presented, comfortable accommodation and makes an excellent base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Also enjoy the views to the distinctive Penhill(with its own local legend) and make a visit to the well preserved medieval Bolton Castle, with its gorgeous gardens, vineyards and maze.
