Once again everything was perfect. Clean and cosy and the biscuits and cake were most appreciated on arrival. The last review on here was quite unnecessary. The description of Plum Tree Cottage clearly states the steps down to the cottage. These are shallow and very accessible. We are in our 50's and had no problems what so ever. Alan & Karen just leave guests to enjoy their holiday unless you need them. We had no trouble with our Internet at the cottage at all and could make and receive calls without going to the top of the hill. Can't praise this place enough!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at Plum Tree, we'll be back next year.

We found the cottage to be well maintained, clean and tidy. The cake and biscuits waiting for our arrival were a lovely surprise. We would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to explore the North York Moors. We had a lovely week in Castleton and we have every intention of coming again. P, S and the Big Black Dog!

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would certainly recommend it.
