Hunmanby Gap is a beautiful secluded beach just 2 miles away and many local pubs can be found after a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the property down into the Village. Visit the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery located in the centre of this historic village, where you will be able to sample local malts, have a tour of the distillery or simply enjoy the delicious coffee shop.

Park your car and enter the elegant retreat through the porch, where you will find a place to hang your coats and store your muddy boots. Step into the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which makes up the social hub of the home, with even a record player and vinyl collection for your enjoyment. To the right is a stylish and fully quipped kitchen with all you need to rustle up a romantic meal for two. Opposite, there is a large comfortable sofa bed, where you can chose to listen to the vinyl provided or watch a film on the Smart TV. Alternatively, simply lie back, relax and savour the beautiful sea view from the feature window and the artwork of local wildlife. Completing this area is a delightful bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC. When the day is over, retire to your welcoming king-size bedroom, complete with plenty of storage and thoughtful attention to detail. Open the bedroom doors and step out onto a private decked area, where you will find the sparkling hot tub, wonderful countryside views and comfortable seating area.
