In Robin Hood's Bay close to the beach is a lovely cottage called Holmlea which has been renovated but is still full of character with its old fireplaces, floorboards and beams and is bright with a garden room (not heated) and sunny patio. It is an ideal place from which to explore the coast, towns and villages of North Yorkshire

Well located, nicely furnished and good value. We've written a long comment in the visitors' book, which you are free to use. The garden room outside is particular delight. The village is well equipped with two general stores, so no need to bring very much down except personal belongings. The DVD selection iI would very happily recommend this holiday cottage provider to others, as well as the lovely Holmlea cottage in Robin Hood's Bay.n the cottage was also a very nice touch.
