This detached house has open views to the front with a large grassed area that is shared with the rest of the row. It also has the benefit of private parking for two cars.

Filey is just 2 miles away where you will find a fantastic beach that has won many awards over the years. The town has lots of restaurants, cafés, shops and a large supermarket, as well as train and bus stations. Scarborough and Bridlington are just a short drive away, and if you prefer to travel on local transport you can catch the bus to either resort from just outside the property. The rspb bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is a few minutes drive, here you will find thousands of migrating birds perched on the cliff sides. The puffins attract many a tourist every year. For a great base to visit the Yorkshire coast, Beach House is a perfect spot. Beach 2 miles. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 500 yards.
