The location was very good. Sandsend is a beautiful place for a non commercial break The pub and cafes are excellent value for money and serve fabulous food and drink The property is in a good location on a non through road with proper views of the sea The kitchen was clean on arrival with plenty of crockery and cookware The welcome basket was a nice touch, thank you But the sitting room was very dusty and didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while The floorboards upstairs creak a lot and it was hard creaping around at night with a baby asleep The shower is quite small with black mould in the cubicle We were a multi generation family with a baby and the travel cot and high chair were much appreciated On the whole we had a lovely time
