The Haggs is a stunning recently refurbished four-bedroom cottage with sea views situated in a quiet location in the heart of Sandsend. The cottage has plenty of parking on the block paved drive and then you enter into a wonderful home with everything you need for your perfect holiday. Enter into a reception hall, which leads into a lovely sitting room with comfortable seating, and living flame gas fire. Also, downstairs you can enjoy the fantastic modern kitchen diner (with Miele & Neff appliances) with views to the garden and out to sea. Spend time with friends and family enjoying a meal at the table while discussing your plans for the next day, or if you are feeling up to it after a day out sightseeing go into the games room and play table football or use the games console. Also, downstairs is a modern shower room (incorporating a power shower) and a large utility room with a washing machine. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom with double walk-in shower and a luxury double ended bath.
Outside to the rear, through the patio doors from the kitchen/diner, you will find a large patio area with table and seating, ideal for alfresco dining, and a lawned fully enclosed garden area with views over the sea.
