Manor Farm consists of 2 properties set in 4 acres of grass paddocks and woodland and is within walking distance of the beach.

The magnificent Manor House is over 300 years old and is grade II listed. It has undergone a major refurbishment programme to create a luxury 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom amazing property which will sleep 18 with hot tub.

There is also a beautiful, newly refurbished barn conversion, Honeysuckle cottage which has 10 sumptuous bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and will sleep 22. This brilliant celebration house also has its own hot tub.



The two properties can be booked independently or together for a larger party which would sleep 40. It is an ideal location for a group gathering.



The properties are situated in the tranquil village of Reighton, which is on the North Yorkshire coast between Bridlington & Scarborough



There is generous parking for 16 cars in the private courtyard.

Manor House consists of Ground Floor : Country style kitchen with range cooker, built in dishwasher with larder fridge and breakfast area; Dining Room (with wood floor and table for 18 people); 2 lounges (both have wood floors and open fires); toilet & utility /kitchen area with additonal fridge freezer & freezer, cooker, washing machine & tumble dryer; 2 bedrooms both with ensuite - double & a family Bedroom with zip and link 6ft bed and additional single plus



1st Floor: Family Bedroom with zip and link 6ft bed and additional single plus large ensuite shower room; 2 x Bedrooms with Kingsize bed and ensuite shower room; twin room with views over the paddock & family bathroom with free standing slipper bath and separate large shower.



Attic: Double bedroom; twin bedroom with ensuite shower both have sloping ceilings.



Other features of the property are; Oil central heating; first logs for the open fires free; flat screen freeview TV's in all bedrooms as well as the 2 lounges; ipod cd player; dvd player; WIFI broadband; Charcoal BBQ (initial coals provided) and outside patio area with Hot tub which enjoys views over the paddock and private garden. Honeysuckle - Honeysuckle cottage is a former cow byre and has been converted into a beautiful 10 bedroom, 8 ensuite cottage with hot tub.



The accommodation consists of Ground floor : Large 28ft Living room with French doors, which opens onto its own enclosed garden with views over the paddock. New Country style Kitchen with seperate dining area with a table able to seat 22. Cloakroom with toilet. 4 downstairs bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 family room (Double bed plus additional single), 2 x twin room all ensuite.

First floor: 6 bedrooms:- 1 x Family bedroom (kingbed plus additional single) with ensuite: 2x twin bed room, 1 twin with ensuite, 2 doubles both with beams and ensuites. Family Bathroom with free standing slipper bath and separate shower.
