Head out to one of the beaches at Scarborough, with the North bay and South Bay offering all the seaside fun for families and children to enjoy. There are many golf courses to choose from and the location is perfect for a coastal walk along the Cleveland Way with your dog on a warm summers day. Further afield is the picturesque harbour and the ruins of the abbey reached by the famous 199 steps in Whitby. This is the ideal opportunity for a break in a fabulous region of Yorkshire.

Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two stretches of golden beaches, while the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre are also worth a visit. Enjoy coastal walks along the Cleveland Way or a cycle route along the old railway to Whitby.
