A five minute walk brings you to the traditional working harbour and the modern marina with its visitor centre and array of cafes. Further along the shore are Arbroath’s famous long sandy beaches and cliffs. There is superb walking and cycling along the coastal routes with superb views accompanying you, as well as the wide range of wildlife. No trip to Arbroath would be complete without the traditional Arbroath Smokie, and there are still many manufacturers around the harbour. Golfers are well served too with a links course in Arbroath, Carnoustie only 6 miles away and St Andrews 28 miles. A delightful coastal holiday home with plenty of attractions for the whole family.
