Ayrshire offers many historical sites and the Ayrshire Coastal Path, over 100 miles of coastal walking. The historic cities of Edinburgh, Carlisle and cosmopolitan Glasgow are easily reached. There are three steps to the entrance of this property. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available at £5 per basket from the owner. There is a natural water supply to this property from a well. There is a lake in the enclosed garden. Up to one dog only. There is a winter fuel supplement of £25.00 per week from 1 October to 1 April, payable to the owner on arrival.
