Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating (£25 per week October-March), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a well and there is a lake in the grounds. Maximum occupancy 4 guests including infants.. This picturesque detached holiday lodge is situated in a quiet rural location, surrounded by stunning views over the rolling hills. Ideally located to explore the beauty of Dumfries and Galloway with rugged coastlines and secluded sandy beaches. An abundance of world class mountain biking and walking routes, with riding, fishing, wildlife and bird watching all within easy reach. Ayrshire offers many historical sites and the Ayrshire Coastal Path, over 100 miles of coastal walking. The historic cities of Edinburgh, Carlisle and cosmopolitan Glasgow are easily reached. Pub and restaurant 8 miles, shop 1 mile.

Maximum occupancy is 4 including infants.

There are three steps to the entrance of this property. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available at £5 per basket from the owner. There is a natural water supply to this property from a well. There is a lake in the enclosed garden. Up to one dog only. There is a winter fuel supplement of £25.00 per week from 1 October to 1 April, payable to the owner on arrival.
