Venture up the stairs to find the contemporary-styled living/dining room, giving you another seating option for dining as well as the snug corner sofa being the perfect space to curl up with a good book as you overlook the excitement from the window. Enjoy a relaxing rinse in the shower to end each day, before climbing under the covers of either the master double bedroom or the single, offering a flexible layout for a family. Explore the excitement of the local area, with all of fishing, swimming, boating and boarding available on the Kirk Loch just beyond the property, it offers all kinds of adventure, with plenty of scenic walking routes along here too and the 18 hole Lochmaben Golf Club.
