This cosy cottage is ideal for enjoying one of the lovely walks straight from the door, and when you return at night just curl up in front of the cosy open fire.. Ground Floor:
The property has 1 step to the entrance, electric radiators and comprises:
Lounge: With open fire, 32" Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room: With woodburner, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
Shower room 1: With shower cubicle and WC.

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds. . All electric and bed linen included. Initial fuel for open fire and woodburner provided. Wi-Fi. Outbuilding with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. . Large enclosed garden with patio and furniture. BBQ. Cycle store. Parking (3 cars). No smoking.. Ewe Cottage is a pretty whitewashed, traditional, detached croft cottage standing in its own large country garden with lovely sea views. The cottage is beautifully presented throughout and retains many original features, including a large welcoming open fire in the cosy lounge. The kitchen is bright, contemporary, well equipped and also has a wood burner. There are two shower rooms on the ground floor. Steep cottage stairs lead up to a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor, both attractively decorated and furnished. Adjoining the cottage is the original old stone byre. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also provides an ideal base from which to prepare barbecues, with a large charcoal barbecue situated in the garden overlooking the sea.
Situated on the edge of a small crofting community, the immediate area is renowned for superb beaches and unspoilt highland scenery. There are lovely walks direct from the cottage, and hill walking, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and sailing are all enjoyed locally. Fishing is in abundance, and available free of charge at Loch Ewe, 500 metres away, or permits can be purchased at the local post office for fishing at Loch Marie, 3 miles away and golf is available locally. There are also a number of smaller lochs nearby which you can purchase permits for. The renowned sub-tropical gardens of Inverewe are just a 10 minute drive away, and there are good facilities available in Poolewe, 1½ miles along the lane.
