While the character of its 1800s architecture has been lovingly preserved, modern comforts have been thoughtfully integrated - most bedrooms now feature en suite facilities. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests (maximum 18 adults), making it ideal for large family gatherings, special celebrations, or wedding parties.

New for 2025, guests can also enjoy a dedicated gym and studio space, fully equipped with free weights, a rowing machine, and a Peloton bike - perfect for staying active even in the remotest corners of Scotland.

The location is unforgettable, offering direct beach access and 1,800 acres of heather-covered estate to explore, including dramatic cliff walks leading to the iconic Dunnet Head lighthouse.
