The Paddock is a large and spacious detached house in a quiet setting, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Brodick on the Isle of Arran. The house is in the centre of a large, enclosed and private plot. Upon entering the property you have a large hallway with a glass wall directly ahead of you, through which you can see the dining area and beyond to the decking and the large rear garden. The large living room is open plan with the dining space. Beyond the living room there is a large, comfortable conservatory. The kitchen is large and contains everything you could desire when rustling up meals for family and friends. Also on ground level there is a twin room with en-suite shower room and a bunk room with a bunk bed for two people, ideal for children. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. It’s a fantastic holiday house for a large family, or two families, or some friends. You’re close to shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach and golf club in Brodick.
