Goleufryn is a holiday house on the eastern coast of Anglesey that offers stunning views. This is a large holiday house in the countryside, meaning there’s plenty of room for the whole family. Inside you’ll find a mix of modern and traditional styles as well as breathtaking views from most of the rooms.

The kitchen has the bonus of an area to the side with a wood burning stove and sofa. This gives the chef company whilst they cook, or somewhere to relax in between jobs! There’s an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and breakfast table. The washing machine is located in the understairs storage area.



The dining room has a large table with seating for up to eight people.



In the sitting room are squishy sofas around a wood burning stove, a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a study or reading room with a sofa and desk. Each of these rooms have wonderful views.



Upstairs is a master room with king size bed and patio doors opening on to small decked area and access to the top garden. The ensuite to this room has a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin. There are a further two double rooms on this floor with a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with bath and shower over, separate shower, loo and wash hand basin.



The top floor has a twin room in the eaves that children will love as well as a shower room with shower, loo and wash hand basin.



At the front of the house is a large garden laid to lawn with shrubs The back garden is elevated to make the most of the stunning vistas. The sunsets that you can see from here are utterly sublime. There is a brilliant Victorian orangery that is currently being renovated by the Owners. There is parking for 2/3 cars.



What’s more, walk through a gate in the garden and you’ll be straight into the Mariandyrys Nature Reserve. Opposite the house is a footpath that winds down to Fedw Fawr, a National Trust Common that leads on to White Beach. There is so much nature and wildlife to enjoy right outside Goleufryn. You can jump in the car and within no time you’ll be in popular Beaumaris with its shops, Castle, galleries and a fab selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes. From this holiday house you can explore the best that Anglesey and Snowdonia have to offer. Happy holiday memories of North Wales are assured!

The village of Llangoed is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the beautiful east corner of the Isle of Anglesey, offering a shop and Post Office. Nearby is the fascinating and attractive town of Beaumaris, boasting a 13th century castle, Georgian and early Victorian houses and shops, a number of excellent tea rooms, restaurants and stylish shops, and a delicatessen. Visit the town’s old courthouse and Victorian gaol, or the pier where you can fish for crabs or catch a boat to see the birds on Puffin Island. From the pier and promenade there are spectacular views across the Menai Straits and Snowdonia. Nearby Penmon Priory, founded in the 6th Century by Saint Seiriol and with its Holy Well and Dovecote, is just a short walk away on the coastal footpath.
