Charming 2-bedroom holiday cottage in a peaceful location at the mouth of the river Arth, with large tiered garden, cosy wood burner and wonderful views across coast and countryside. The cottage boasts rustic features, bright and open living spaces as well as two attractive double bedrooms. Private access to a small pebble beach can also found via a footpath in the garden. Enjoy breath-taking views across Cardigan Bay from the Wales Coastal Path and keep an eye out for the wealth local wildlife including dolphins and red kites. The colourful harbour of Aberaeron is less than 2 miles south of the property and is a real foodie hub - home to some brilliant eateries, including restaurants such as The Cellar The Hive and The Harbourmaster. Be sure to browse the lovely boutique and craft stores before sitting along the colourful harbour, enjoying one of The Hive's famous honey ice creams.

Outside: Large tiered lawned area with views out towards the sea and surrounding countryside. Small patio with garden table & chairs and views inland up the river valley. Private path to Aberath beach. Path is uneven in places so please take care.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Starter pack of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Pets: 1 dog welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking inside the cottage.
