About this property
The perfect setting for a family get together, just 4 miles from Aberystwyth, with hot tub, open plan living, 5 cosy bedrooms and countryside views.
This lovely stone farm house with hot tub sits peacefully in the beautiful Welsh countryside just 4 miles south of Aberystwyth. With direct access to the coastal path from the farm you have wonderful walks from your doorstep. The cottage is perfect for family get togethers with its open plan layout. The kitchen has a large dining table with space for 12 and an extra table in the dining room-lounge area. The lounge has a welcoming cosy corner to relax in front of the log burner. Aberystwyth is just a short drive away with its sandy beach, pier, restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions. There are many day trip opportunities along the coast and inland with lots of pretty villages, forests and valleys to discover.

Rooms: Ground floor – spacious living room/dining room, kitchen, sun room, utility room, twin bedroom. WC. Upstairs - King bedroom with ensuite, double and single bedroom with en suite, twin bedroom, double and single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
Kitchen and utilities: Large dining table, with seating for 12 people, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Washing machine and freezer.

For families: Travel cot, high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. No stair gate.
Outside: Patio area with hot tub and garden furniture. Garden with lovely views, lawns and flowering borders. Charcoal BBQ
Parking: Plenty of parking space for 2 cars with further off road parking available.
