The location suited us very well, and lived up to our expectations. Our dog was made very welcome. Although the listing mentions that the apartment is attached to the owner's home, we were rather surprised at the lack of soundproofing between the two. We could hear conversations on the owner's side, and presumably he could hear us as well. We have lived in very rural situations and so the smell of fertiliser being spread on a nearby farm did not trouble us, but some people may have a problem with this.

Very nice stay , owner very helpful , would stay again , could do with some curtains down stairs for a little more privacy , but would highly recommend ,

Peaceful location with owls calling from the nearby woods, a babbling stream running through the garden, sheep in the fields in a peaceful, quiet green valley. The best accommodation weâve ever enjoyed with not least well thought out living space and facilities. Weâll be going back there. Five Star, definitely.
