Cwn Hyfryd is a stylish barn conversion set in peaceful countryside near the Ceredigion coast and town of New Quay. This pet friendly cottage has 4 bedrooms 3 with en-suites and a large open plan living area, perfect for socialising with family and friends. The property has a large enclosed garden, badminton net and table tennis table and is within walking distance to the local pub and store. A wonderful holiday home for exploring the Coast, towns and villages of West Wales.
Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.
Beds: 2 king beds, 1 double, 2 singles.
Rooms: Lower ground floor – King and double bedrooms with en-suites. Ground floor - Twin bedroom, utility room and bathroom for Twin room. Landing with coat rack and bench. Stairs leading up to 1st floor and open plan living space with kitchen, lounge and dining area. Patio doors leading to balcony with table and chairs. 2nd floor - top bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen and utilities: Large dining table, with seating for 8 people, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Utility room - Washing machine, dryer and extra fridge.
Entertainment: Smart TV, Wifi.
For families: Travel cot, high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. No stair gate.
Outside: Patio area with hot tub and garden furniture. Grassy lawn and a Gas BBQ.
Parking: Plenty of parking space for 4 cars.
General: Bed linen and towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
Pets: 1 dog welcome free of charge.
