Bedroom 3: With single bed. .  Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial fuel for wood burner included, thereafter available locally. .  Enclosed, terraced, courtyard with garden furniture.  Public car park, £2. 60 per day or £12. 70 per week, 85 yards away; unloading at the door.  No smoking.  Please note: There are 2 steps in the courtyard and a further 4 steps to lower level, which has pedestrian right of way for adjacent cottages. .  Seadrift is so aptly named as it sits overlooking the sea in the pretty town of New Quay.  One of a row of terraced cottages built in 1836 for the local fishermen, Seadrift is now comfortable holiday accommodation for up to six people.  On the ground floor as you enter the cottage you will find a double bedroom and the family bathroom with bath and shower over.  The original old stone staircase leads you down to the lower ground floor and into the characterful living and dining room and through to the well equipped kitchen.  The living room has original beams and a wonderful wood burner for cosy nights by the fire, French doors take you out on to the patio where there are two terraces on different levels overlooking the sea.  Whether you sit inside or out, you will be mesmeris. . .
