Renovated to a high standard throughout, this perfect retreat offers a homely feel with every comfort provided, including a well-equipped kitchen for sunny breakfasts in which to plan the day's adventures, a luxurious bathroom and a sustainable wood burning hot tub, beckoning you for a well-deserved soak after your day of sightseeing.

Enjoy far reaching panoramic views across Rhossili Down to Oxwich Point and Devon beyond from the patio doors in the living area. Red kites, sparrow hawks and buzzards vie for territory over head by day and by night listen to barn owls calling from Mill Woods, an ancient woodland, once part of Penrice Estate and now a National Nature Reserve.

Uniquely positioned on common land where wild ponies roam free - cows and sheep graze right up to the garden wall - a walk from the gate leads onto Cefyn Bryn, 'The Backbone of Gower'.
