. Dalar Deg is a well-presented, double-fronted Welsh stone cottage standing detached in the hamlet of Pentrefoelas. The holiday property has retained many original features such as inglenook fireplaces with open fires, and benefits from Egyptian cotton bed linen. With a new kitchen installed in 2021 and with a renovated utility room, this characterful cottage offers all modern conveniences. It also offers an enclosed garden with a summerhouse to enjoy. Within walking distance is the Riverside Chocolate House, supermarket and two pubs. Set in the rural hamlet of Pentrefoelas and surrounded by great scenery, it is just a few minutes’ drive to Betws-y-Coed, with many walks to enjoy, Swallow Falls and the magnificent Snowdon ranges, Zip World Fforest, with the amazing tree top nets and thrilling Fforest Coaster, whilst you can catch a wave (or just a coffee) at the incredible Surf Snowdonia at Dolgarrog. There are activities nearby for all the family with horse riding, golf, fishing, climbing, many walks, white water sports and the National Centre for Mountain Activities. For the children there is Greenwood Forest Park, full of exciting outdoor adventures and indoor activities for rainy days. This is an ideal base for families exploring the attractions of North Wales, come and see for yourself. Shop and two pubs ½ mile.
The water feature in the garden is unfenced and the banister/balustrade height in this property is less than 1m.
