Set a few feet below street level, the ground floor consists of a beautiful dining room, long lounge with large inglenook fireplace (log burner), and desk for writing those postcards or uploading the days best Instagram shots using the superfast internet connection. The modern kitchen and small utility area are also on this floor and lead out to a fully enclosed rear yard. The three bedrooms and family bathroom (bath with shower over) are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also has a king size bed, the third bedroom is a comfortable double and finally a twin bedroom.

Facilities include central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, DVD player, Sky TV, hi-fi, superfast internet access and Wi-Fi , multifuel burner in the lounge. Heating and electricity are included in the tariff, bed linen and towels are supplied.

This is a no smoking property. Two small dogs or one large may stay but sorry, no puppies, the nearest grassy area is Bodlondeb park about 300yds away which offers approx. 25 acres of grass and woodland walking with children's play area, cricket pitch and tennis courts. There is no off road parking. The nearest unrestricted roadside parking is less than 100 meters away.
