The property is well-equipped with a large kitchen, utility room, and modern appliances like a nespresso machine, though the need for specific pods was noted. A quick response to a boiler issue indicates good maintenance. The lack of outdoor space for activities like kicking a ball or having a BBQ was a minor drawback for some.
