Bodfan is a traditional Welsh cottage with character, offering comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It's located in a quaint village, ideal for exploring the local area and national park. The cosy living room and proximity to a friendly local pub add to its charm. Some guests noted minor maintenance issues and suggested improvements for cosiness and privacy.
The property is generally clean, but there were mentions of a kitchen table with leftover food deposits and a fridge with ring marks. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a trend.
The cottage is praised for its great location, central for exploring Gwynedd and within walking distance to Criccieth. The local pub and shop add to the convenience and charm of the location.
Guests found the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. However, there were comments about the living room needing better sofas and the front bedroom bed being uncomfortable due to the springs.
The property boasts a well-stocked kitchen and nice patio area. However, issues such as sporadic Wi-Fi, a small TV, and lack of a bannister on part of the staircase were noted. The musty smell and the need for better sofas were also mentioned.
