A family friendly modern bright property, all on one level set on the hillside within the lovely remote little village of Aberdaron: a get away from it all destination. Just a short stroll, from the beach, shops and restaurants.

2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus travel cot. Master bedroom with king size bed en-suite shower room, family bedroom with double bed and 3ft bunk beds. Both rooms with built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath and large overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, high chair, blue tooth speaker.
Dining area with table and chairs seating 6, plus small easy chair.
Lounge area with log burner, 3 piece suite in sea green material matching foot rest and armchair plus extra armchair, coffee table, shelving with ample supply of books and DVDs. TV/DVD, games, access to hdmi for use with Chromecast or amazon Firestick, lots of interesting pictures an attractive room with sea view
Conservatory overlooking large lawn and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty conservation area with a wicker couch and 2 matching chairs, coffee table, DAB radio and 2 children's binoculars.
Porch with washing machine, tumble drier and extra fridge with ice box.
Underfloor state of the art instant heating system, log burner with initial supply of logs.
Grounds fully enclosed with gate at front. Large lawn at the back with apple trees, 2 patio and decking areas with dining table and chairs seating 6, sun loungers, webber barbecue. Smaller lawn at the front with mature colourful shrubs. Shared driveway with neighbouring property.
Shed contains Mclaren buggy, a large number of wetsuits ranging in size for ages 2 -14 yrs. 4 bikes, (no helmets) lawn games - badminton net and table tennis. All for guests to use.
