A family friendly modern bright property, all on one level set on the hillside within the lovely remote little village of Aberdaron: a get away from it all destination. Just a short stroll, from the beach, shops and restaurants.

  • This is a delightful property, perfect for families - no need to bring pushchairs - a Maclaren pushchair is provided. There are four bikes for guests to use (sized for ages 8-16) and a variety of wetsuits (2-14 years).
  • Cosy and comfortable with wood burning stove in the L shaped living/dining area. Browse along the bookshelves and snuggle down in front of the fire, choose from the extensive choice of DVDs and admire water colours painted by the owner's Mother.
  • Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and relax in the conservatory at the back. The large lawn at the rear is ideal for children to play - well fenced so no wandering into the wild highly protected conservation area.
  • Listen to the birdsong that permeates from here and use the binoculars provided to watch cormorants, sea eagles and herons. Relax on the patio areas, perfect suntraps and barbecue after a day's exploring.
  • Two delightful bedrooms - the main with stylish king size en-suite and the second a family room with a double bed and 3ft. bunk beds.

    Grounds fully enclosed with gate at front. Large lawn at the back with apple trees, 2 patio and decking areas with dining table and chairs seating 6, sun loungers, webber barbecue. Smaller lawn at the front with mature colourful shrubs. Shared driveway with neighbouring property.
    Shed contains Mclaren buggy, a large number of wetsuits ranging in size for ages 2 -14 yrs. 4 bikes, (no helmets) lawn games - badminton net and table tennis. All for guests to use.
