Attached to the owner’s property this lovely annexe has far reaching views of the open countryside, an ideal location for exploring the wider area whether it be on foot, bicycle or with your four-legged friends, the property has a large south facing patio area and a 1 acre enclosed lawned garden – perfect for exercising your dogs!
The Annexe consists of spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with Dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob, and microwave. Large lounge with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, to the first floor there a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with zip and link bed, family bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also plenty of off-road parking.
Monmouthshire is a place of discovery, whether it’s walking the start of Wales’ iconic Coastal or Offa’s Dyke National Trail Park, kayaking down the glistening River Wye or exploring its majestic sites, there’s no shortage of activities for you to indulge. The charming market towns of Monmouth and Abergavenny are rich with Welsh culture and offer a host of eclectic gift shops, traditional Welsh pubs and historic sites waiting to be explored.
The local pub is within just over a mile and there are plenty of lovely boutique restaurants and eateries in Chepstow, only 5 miles away. Easily accessible to Go Ape for the adventurous and pottery painting for creative guests! Bring along your pet and explore the open countryside of Monmouthshire on your doorstep. There are plenty of sights to see in Chepstow, visit the castle, the oldest castle in Wales, which is a great way to spend the day. Another great historic sight is Tintern Abbey, there are some great views to be had over the Wye Valley from here or simply take a stroll along the river.
