This stone-built cottage, with a lovely galleried bedroom, is an ideal base for a couple looking to explore what Pembrokeshire has to offer.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom: Galleried with double bed.. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Stairgate. Welcome pack. . Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: No children under 3 years old. There is restricted headroom in the bedroom.. Come and enjoy the delights of this quirky and characterful, detached cottage, nestled within the picturesque hamlet of Ambleston, on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, not far from the historic market town of Haverfordwest. The Old Coach House is a delightful stone-built cottage with walks from the doorstep and a fantastic central location to uncover glorious Pembrokeshire, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It is a few minutes’ drive from Llys y Fran Country Park, with 7 miles of meandering walks through meadows and woodlands, or take a trip to the Preseli Hills, with the highest point in Pembrokeshire and some truly epic views across the rolling countryside. You can enjoy home cooking and locally brewed ales in the local pub as well as a model railway nearby.
Embrace the light and airy living/dining room with exposed stone work, a focal wood burner, solid wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, beams and a galleried bedroom. This cottage oozes original features and character. Enjoy a cosy night in front of the wood burner with a glass of wine or dine al fresco in the garden. A stone archway leads to the kitchen, which is the ideal place to cook a special meal for the two of you.
A 40-minute drive away is the coastal town of Tenby. The beach is not to be missed with its golden sand and turquoise waters, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and kayaking. St David’s, Britain’s smallest city, is a similar distance. Here you can take a step back in time in St David’s Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace. Beach 13 miles. Shop 10 miles, pub 3 miles and restaurant 4 miles.
