This time-honoured farmhouse, which has stood on this spot for generations, has been transformed from its original use to a beautiful, serene holiday home for up to 6 people. Set in a rural location, Gwynfryn feels like stepping back in time, with exposed wooden beams hinting at the building's longevity and history.
With three comfortable bedrooms, one king downstairs next to its own shower room, and one twin and one double upstairs, this property generously houses 6 guests in its whitewashed walls. Each room has its own wardrobe space as well as views out towards green fields, with the call of sea birds and owls to be heard as you fall asleep.
The living area is open plan; the lounge is centred around the old inglenook with its traditional wooden beam above, now a space for an electric log burner, and for curling up on one of the two couches or armchairs to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV.
The dining area is at the other side of the staircase, with a large oak dining table seating 6 people - another nod to the building's heritage and a good, filling Welsh supper!
A galley kitchen services the home, its shaker cupboards containing a fridge/freezer, a modern oven with hobs, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer - everything you could need from your home away from home, but with stunning views as you wash up after a delicious family meal.
This location really is the perfect place to spend your holiday. Your undisturbed accommodation is less than half a mile from shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, and events, as well as the nearby coastal spots of St Non's Chapel and the ancient port of Porthclais, you're also under 3 miles from the popular sandy stretch at Whitesands.

The master king sits on the ground floor with two windows letting in plenty of light, and a wardrobe. This sits next to its own downstairs WC with a wash hand basin and shower, and the whole area can be closed off from the main living area with a door for privacy.
Double bedroom on the first floor with a small, unused fireplace, wooden beams, whitewashed walls and views out past the limewashed farmhouse buildings towards Carn Llidi.
The twin bedroom houses two single beds and a hanging rail and is cosy and quiet.
The family bathroom is on the first floor, with a bath, overhead shower, WC, sink, and mirror.
The downstairs area is open plan and has a lounge area with an electric log burner, wall-mounted TV, 2 x two-seater sofas and 2 x armchairs.
The dining area has a large oak dining table with seats for 6 people.
The kitchen is located through the dining area to the rear of the property and runs along the back of the house as a galley kitchen. It has an in-build fridge-freezer, microwave, stainless steel one and half, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, and the boiler sits towards the back door.
Grounds
Set in a very rural location with surrounding farmland making the location private and tranquil, the grounds contain a seating and dining area to the side, as well as extensive private grounds, a long driveway, and parking for 3 vehicles.
