2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4,2 double bedrooms. Please note children are welcome but both rooms have double beds.

Bedroom 2 - is a cosy space with a double bed, two stylish bedside cabinets, a chair and a chest of drawers, again the original stonework and wooden flooring set the tone of this welcoming room.
Family shower room - a contemporary space with a large shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, and heated towel rail.
The delightful open plan living room/dining - this area offers a table and 4 chairs with a snug gin table, the living area is partially separated by a charming staircase leading to the upper floor, in the living area, you will find an elegantly finished area with the original fireplace feature (wood fire not installed), sofa, comfortable chairs, and Smart TV.
Kitchen - which offers all you need, including an oven, four hob cooker, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, lots of storage space, and a variety of useful cooking utensils, the area also hosts two kitchen stools.
Utility room - conveniently located at the rear side of the kitchen - you'll find a utility room with a washing machine, additional fridge, and a microwave.
Grounds - open the back door, to be presented with a charming courtyard, table, and four chairs with a picnic bench. ideal for a morning cup of coffee or an alfresco dinner. The garden is enclosed, which allows for children to play safely.
