With an array of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and galleries literally on your doorstep and the golden sandy beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot just a 20 minute drive away, Oliveduck Cottage is the perfect choice for couples or families seeking a quality Pembrokeshire cottage.

Thoughtfully furnished with your comfort and warmth in mind, Oliveduck Cottage is a welcoming spacious home for holidays in a great location - opposite the town's park.

The open plan living and dining room is the hub to the cottage. Rest and unwind by the fireside for a cosy night or enjoy a holiday meal at the funky dining table and plan your next day's adventure.

A fully fitted kitchen offers all you need to get creative with local ingredients including a range oven. Open the back door, and step up onto the outside terraced patio area. Here you'll find large outdoor sofas and an outdoor dining table, ideal for a morning cup of coffee or an alfresco dinner.

The stylish bedrooms are on the first floor. The central staircase leads you first to the indulgent family bathroom, and then on to the 3 bedrooms a choice of 2 boutique style double bedrooms and a further bunk bedroom, ideal for children.

The added bonus of this cottage is the lofty playroom on the second floor, accessed via a spiral staircase and ideal for older children who would like their own space. Up here you'll find beanbags, large smart TV with DVD's and an X box 360.

If you can steel yourself away from the cottage then there is so much to explore. Narbeth is the ideal gateway to the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The area offers something for everyone from beaches to castles to stunning coastal walks, and a range of family destinations from dinosaurs to dare devil rides.

3 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). 2 Doubles and 1 Bunk bedroom. Each double bedroom has a double wardrobe and either chest of drawers or built in drawer. All on 1st floor.

Family Bathroom with roll top bath, separate luxury shower with marble tiles and funky glass brick surround on 1st floor.

Kitchen Bespoke kitchen with a range of oak fronted units with built in fridge/dishwasher and microwave oven. Range cooker with gas hob/electric oven.

Lounge/Diner with feature open fireplace (in use), two leather settees, Smart TV/DVD. Open plan dining area with handcrafted feature square table and seating for 8, electric log effect stove in fireplace.

Playroom Spiral staircase from the 1st floor leads to the converted attic providing a contemporary games room with beanbags, Smart TV and X box 360 games console on 2nd floor. NB: take care with small children on staircase.

Grounds Small rear terraced garden via outdoor steps with stylish rattan sofas and table, gas Weber BBQ. Utility stone shed with washing machine and freezer.
