Newport has some of the finest shops and cafes to buy fabulous produce, and a wonderful microbrewery just 3 miles away - Bluestone. The Tides sells fabulous pastries and fresh fish, Blas has wonderful Welsh produce and cakes and the local butchers are renowned throughout the county. On Monday (Mar - Dec) there is a street market that sells local produce and products... from organic veg, sourdough bread, and fresh fish, it's not to be missed.

The kitchen provides a true place to plan and prepare with an additional fridge for your favourite tipples to augment the fridge/freezer, brand new appliances, induction hob, built-in oven, plus built-in microwave, dishwasher, and all your home essentials.

Beside the kitchen is a utility room with home essentials, including a washing machine and tumble drier and sink, which means you can separate all of your holiday paraphernalia, and beachwear.

The property also features a bespoke downstairs cloakroom with a wonderful ambience. We would not normally mention a cloakroom but this really has to be seen! A shoe cupboard is located on the right-hand side of the door.

The stylish four bedrooms are situated on the upper floor on either side of the house, so ideal for two families to share. All exuding true luxury, comfort and character. On the opposite side of the stairs is the master bedroom with a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower and designer charm.

The other kingsize double has the benefit of the family bathroom.

Enjoy leisurely lunches or al fresco summer evening dining on the attractive patio to the rear of the property, accessed through the bi-fold doors.

Second Sitting Room with a 3-seater sofa, and armchairs a divine sanctuary to read. Benefitting from a writing desk and chair.

Open Plan Kitchen/ Dining Area expansive and very well equipped, with sliding glass doors opening to the rear. Superbly equipped kitchen with full height fridge freezer, separate under-counter fridge, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and juicer.
