    First Sitting Room with 2 large Heals sofas, rug, lamps,55' flat screen Tv with smart, DVD player and DVDs, wooden floor, original features, and ultra-stylish stove /fireplace - sprint back from the beach, and put the fire on for immediate heat from the gas burner.


    Second Sitting Room with a log burner, 3-seater sofa, and two armchairs a divine sanctuary to read.


    Snug with exposed walls, inglenook with wood burner, and two armchairs, secluded space located just off the kitchen to the rear.


    Open Plan Kitchen/ Dining Area expansive and very well equipped, with sliding glass doors opening to the rear. Incorporating large feature window with shutters, sink with mixer tap, range of floor cupboards, double oven, large hob, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and oversized oak table seating 10 in this bright space.
