  • From the huge sun-drenched picture windows and glass Juliette balconies you can enjoy the breathtaking view over Solva's rooftops to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and rugged St Brides Bay beyond.
  • This semi-detached townhouse has all you need for friends and family to gather - five En-Suite bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner/living space, parking and a hot tub for relaxing after busy days exploring.
  • Throughout the property there is a quiet colour palette with occasional bold striking hues, light solid oak trim and hard wearing weathered oak Amtico flooring have been used throughout - great for days coming back from the beach or dog walks.
  • There are modern features throughout this upside down house - the hallways are automatically lit, there are generous rain showers, and local modern art which is changed from time to time.

  • The enclosed garden terrace is accessed via a side path and 12 steps or via a door from the kitchen. This bold functional space with hot tub, heavy recycled plastic benches and outdoor dining suite and a stainless steel wall mounted barbecue with space grill, all softened by large potted palms. There are outdoor games, a few surfboards and a 3 seater kayak available for guests to use as well as secure storage for bikes. An outdoor shower is provided, perfect for sandy children and dogs.

    Master Bedroom with kingsize bed, oak beside chests, dressing table and walk in wardrobe, 2 armchairs, wall mounted 49' flatscreen TV with Freeview, Amazon and Netflix and large window overlooking St Brides bay. A twin bedroom with Zip & Link beds, oak bedside chests, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and fitted cupboards. Both have access to a large shared Jack and Jill bathroom with toilet, bidet, wash hand basin, bath tub and separate shower. All on the second floor. The remaining 2 double En-Suite bedrooms and 1 En-Suite twin with Zip and Link beds are on the ground floor, one at the front, one in the middle and one at the back all with oak bedside chests, dressing tables and walk in wardrobes.

    A large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen share the whole of the first floor with floor to ceiling, sliding windows and Juliette balcony to the front, overlooking St Brides Bay and a large kitchen window at the back, overlooking the garden. 3 Generous leather sofas, a fabric arm chair, occasional oak furniture and a 55' wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview Amazon and Netflix make up the seating area. A large oak sideboard and dining table with seating for 10 stand in the middle of the room and to the rear is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, double oven, coffee machine, integral fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

    Grounds The terraced garden is enclosed with Azuba hardwood sleepers and wavy pine boards. It is accessed via a side path and 12 steps or from the kitchen door. It is well equipped with stylish recycled garden furniture, potted palms, outdoor shower and a wall mounted stainless steel barbecue with space grill. There

    for guests to use as well as secure storage for bikes. At the front of the house is a herringbone blocked hard standing, large enough for 4 cars.
