The Property: a detached stone cottage which has been beautifully restored and has a wood burning stove in the sitting room. Styled with welsh blankets made from the local woolen mill creating a traditional feel in this Snowdonia cottage
Location: in the Snowdonia National Park, in an idyllic setting, a stroll away from Llyn Geirionydd for watersports, and Llyn Crafnant for fishing and walking. Llanrwst 3 miles, Betws-y-Coed and Surf Snowdonia 5 miles
Size: sleeps 5 in three bedrooms plus sofa bed in sitting room for one
Beds: one king sized bed, one double bed, one single and a double sofa bed
Rooms: ground floor living room with wood burning stove and sofa bed, spacious kitchen/dining room, First floor with 2 bedrooms, ground floor with 1 bedroom.
Kitchen & utilities: well equipped kitchen with integrated electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge,microwave, freezer and washing/drying machine.
Entertainment: flatscreen Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi
For families: games and books provided
Outside: enclosed patio area with table and chairs next to a small stream
