Outside, acres of farmland, woodlands, pretty gardens and riverbanks are yours to explore, and there’s seating in front of the property, ideal for a morning cuppa while birdwatching or stargazing with a glass of wine. Private parking is available for one car; note that the access road is only accessible via a 4x4 during the winter months.

It''s a mile to the local pub, while the market town of Dolgellau (4 miles) boasts a good selection of shops and eateries, and hosts a popular Welsh music festival every July. This is a fabulous base to enjoy the great outdoors with the Mawddach cycling and walking trail tracing the southern shore of the estuary, an area abundant in nature and history. Otherwise the rugged trails of the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) call, with Snowdonia Mountain just 15 miles away.
